The momentum in M&T Bank stadium shifted from one side to the other. Late in the 4th quarter, Poly would score as DeVone Stubbs rushed for a 23 yard touchdown to tie the game at 16. City would turn the ball over on downs and Poly would play for overtime.

An Epic Overtime

On the first play of overtime, Jamaine Jeter scored to give City a 22-16 lead. They would fail to convert the two point conversion. Poly would respond on 3rd and 12 after Stubbs found Garland White for a the 12-yard reception. With the opportunity to win the game, Poly elected to go for two instead of the kick. and failed. City responded with Melvin Scott III catching an 8-yard pass from Bond followed by Bond who rushed the ball for a successful two point conversion. Poly responded scoring a touchdown immediately, but failed to complete the tying two point conversion. Baltimore City College would now pull to within two games of tying the overall series.
