205 Live had a lot of momentum coming off a compelling match between Rich Swann and Neville for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship at the Royal Rumble. It was the start of a new era for Neville as the King of Cruiserweights and 205 Live.
Tony Nese vs. Lince Dorado
On the latest episode of 205 Live, The Premier Athlete Tony Nese started the show against Lince Dorado. It was interesting because both wrestlers used their speed to their advantage. Nese used his power and strength to get the upper hand. The turning point of the match was when Dorado when to the top rope but he fell and Nese took advantage with his deadly running knee.After the match, Nese was not done sending a message to Dorado but TJ Perkins came out to make the save.
Akria Tozawa vs Aaron Solo
Japanese sensation Akria Tozawa made his long-awaited debut on WWE 205 Live. Tozawa looked to make a statement on 205 Live against Aaron Solo. Tozawa’s combination of speed and powerful striking proved to be too much for Solo. Tozawa connected with an incredible Snap German Suplex on his way to victory.
Main event
Rich Swann decided to crash the party on RAW and he got injured. As a result, Gentleman Jack Gallagher team up with Cedric Alexander to battle Neville and Noam Dar.Neville asserted his dominance against Gallagher. He tagged in Dar allowed Gallagher to use his unorthodox style to take control of the bout along with Alexander. Neville and Dar got control of the match once again when they did damage on the British Superstar.
Gallagher used all his that he had left to take down Dar with a devasting headbutt. All of a sudden The Scottish Supernova went for the tag, but Neville had a change of his heart he left the ring and abandoned his partner to battle for himself. This allowed Alexander to capitalize and pick up the win for himself and Gallagher. Alexander connected with the Lumbar check and continue his momentum in 205 Live. Alexander seems to be moving in the right direction ever since he decided to move on from Alicia Fox.
