Tom Brady May Play 3-5 More Years

New England’s QB Tom Brady has reportedly stated that he will play three to five more years in the NFL. Brady is 39 and his contract does not end until 2019. He does not have that decreasing flare that we have seen with Peyton Manning, Joe Montana, and Brette Favre. Despite serving a four game suspension, Brady had 3,554 yards, 28 touchdowns, and only two interceptions.

Brady has defined “Father time” by eating healthy and not taking big hits that could put him in serious danger. Brady has changed the dynamic of being the “Ageless Quarterback” with being consistent with his accuracy, not making major mistakes, and having fun at his age.

Tonight will be Brady’s 7th Super Bowl appearance and he has torched defenses throughout the season. He has only thrown two picks this season, which is a remarkable statement for the older QB’s. If you compare his stats to manning last season; He has more touchdowns and less picks than manning.

Last season Manning had 2,249 yards, 9 touchdowns, and 17 picks. He retired being on top, but critics were asking if Manning should be benched or start the next season, because his numbers were not the best .

Every year it seems like Brady has something to prove and he has dominated time in and time out. He just has a competitive spirit about himself and it has spread to his teammates. They go out there and play like it is there last time being on the field. Every game is like a playoff atmosphere where everyone is involve and have that winning mindset.

The Patriots are the favorite to win Super Bowl 51 and they have to be perfect in order to make that statement a reality. Everything is laid out on the ground and it is only a few minutes until kick off time.

Right now Brady is defining what it means to be a older man with a kid’s heart. He just goes out there handle business and have fun doing it.
