The King of The Cruiserweights Has Arrived: 205 Live Review

205 Live was yet another enjoyable edition showcasing the best cruiserweights in the WWE and it was action packed with three matches.

Ariya Daivari against Lince Dorado

Ariya Daivari has had a rough weeks after taking multiple losses The Persian Lion faced had a rematch against Lince Dorado. It was a good match Dorado relied on his high flying skill set. Daivari was a very physical style to counter Dorado speed. Daivari went to the top rope and connected with a frog splash for the win. After the match, Daivari got on the mic and dissed Jack Gallagher as he wasn’t an extraordinary gentleman.

Cedric Alexander against Drew Gulak

Cedric Alexander was riding high after his victory against Noam Dar on Raw. Alexander set his sights on building momentum on WWE 205 Live in a physical encounter against Drew Gulak. Some of the highlights of this match were unbelievable, for example, when Alexander Suplexed Gulak from the ring to the outside. Gulak pushed Alexander into Alicia Fox and seemed to have injured her ankle. Dar ran down to the ring and took Alexander’s girlfriend to the locker room. Alexander remained focused to pick up the win. He would race to the back to check on Fox.

Main event

Neville and The Brian Kendrick Vs TJ Perkins and WWE Cruiserweight Champion Rich Swann

I was looking forward to this tag team match main event between the returning Neville and The Brian Kendrick against TJ Perkins and WWE Cruiserweight Champion Rich Swann. It was a fantastic match and all four participants shined but Neville is just on another level since his return. Swann and Perkins just took Neville and The Brian Kendrick but Neville was too much to handle. Neville picked up an impressive win in his return he connected with a Red Arrow. I am excited for this new version of Neville and can not wait to see his development in 205 Live.
