There have been numerous reports that Paris Saint-Germain and Neymar Jr. have agreed to terms on a deal. PSG has offered the Brazilian striker a 220 million buyout to leave Barcelona. If this deal becomes official it would make him the world’s most expensive player in world football. Here are my thoughts on this controversial move.
Recent signings
The club of signed Dani Alves and Yuri Berchiche it would make it different. It is interesting because Alves has played for Barcelona for a couple of years along side with Neymar. Neymar would bring a certain swagger and star power back to the club ever since Zlatan Ibrahimovic left the club.
Making space
Being in Neymar would be an extremely difficult task to do because PSG would have to sell many players in order to make enough space. PSG knows what needs to be done to complete this deal they could possibly get additional funds from their sponsors such as Nike.
Not done
This is not the only big signing that PSG has on their mind there have been talks of adding the skilfull playmaker Alexis Sanchez from Arsenal. The addition of Sanchez will significantly improve their middle field a long with Angel Di Maria. Sanchez will bring a certain flare to PSG with speed and play making ability.
Conclusion
This deal will send ripple effects throughout the world of football if completed. Only time will tell what will happen within the next coming weeks. The next couple of weeks will be vital for Barcelona success moving forward in the future.
