Ecuador international midfielder, Romario Ibarra, who joined Minnesota United last year from Universidad Católica, has started the 2019 MLS season positively scoring once a goal from The Loons opening three games of the new season.
The talented 24-year-old Ecuadorian, who has also started all three of Minnesota United’s 2019 MLS season games, has registered 222 minutes this term.
Ibarra, who has won seven caps and scored three goals at international level for Ecuador since his international debut in 2017, has furthermore been one of the fan favorites in the Twin Cities.
Minnesota United, who missed out on the 2018 MLS Cup Playoffs last season courtesy of finishing 10th in the Western Conference last season, currently stands fourth in the MLS Western Conference under Head Coach, Adrian Heath.
Elsewhere, Minnesota United’s next seven MLS season fixtures are against New England Revolution (March 30), New York Red Bulls (April 7), New York City FC (April 13), Toronto FC (April 20), Los Angeles Galaxy (April 25), D.C. United (April 28) and Seattle Sounders (May 5).
