SmackDown was very entertaining as it was the last episode before the highly anticipated WWE TLC pay-per-view this Sunday, I will provide the three best highlights in addition to the results as well.
Number one contender’s for the SmackDown Tag Team Championship
This was a highly anticipated main event between American Alpha against the Wyatt Family, to see who would be crowned as the new one contenders for the SmackDown Tag Team Championships. The two teams left it all on the line in a very entertaining contest that the momentum shifted several times between both teams.
A couple of spots that stood out was when Randy Orton hit a beautiful super plex from the top rope. In addition, shout out to Jason Jordan who put on an impressive show with his multiple Belly to Belly Suplexes. Jason Jordan and Chad Gable were closing in on the victory, however, you knew that Luke Harper would make his presence known and he did just that.
Bray Wyatt was left for dead and a distraction was all that was needed. Randy Orton capitalized as he gave an RKO to Chad Gable and then Bray Wyatt hit Sister Abigail on Jason Jordan. The Wyatt Family punched their ticket to the TLC pay-per-view to take on Heath Slater and Rhyno for the SmackDown Tag Team Championship.
