The 35-year-old Buxton, who ended his 16-year professional football career in June 2017 with Sky Bet Championship club Bolton Wanderers, spoke to Nelson about succeeding in the business world with Lit Within, coupled alongside sharing invaluable insight on mastering effective business leadership, strategic building skills for start-ups and established firms, as well as mastering the fine art of maximizing team performance levels both financially and creatively in the long-term.
