MSU Offensive Explosion
Overall, MSU had 462 yards of total offense. Elijah Staley went 14-22 passing and threw for 220 yards as well as racking up 3 Touchdowns. For the first time this season, he did not throw an INT. Backing him up was the powerful rushing attack of MSU. Eric Harrell and Herb Walker combined for 226 Rushing yards and both added touchdowns. This was the most points scored for MSU since Nov 22, 2014, as they scored 69 points against Delaware State.

MSU’s Angry Defense
Morgan State’s Defense was just hard to stop. With 7 sacks and 2 defensive touchdowns, MSU dominated the game from the start. Over 10 Bears recorded a tackle during this game which show’s MSU’s depth. Although letting up 28 Points and 350+ yards, MSU’s defense came to play once again.
