Case Has a Bad Day
All days at training camp are not made equal. Case Keenum had an especially rough day while Colt McCoy was out of practice today. Keenum was errand in his throws starting with individual one on one drills with the receivers. Keenum missed receivers over the middle-high and would have been sacked on others. In a two-minute drill session Keenum started with a quick completion to Brian Quick, then an incomplete pass, followed by back to back interceptions made by Quinton Dunbar. With Colt out and Haskins still getting acclimated to the offense, today was Keenum’s chance to take control of the QB competition. He was not successful and Colt is still very much in play.
