Gulak took Gallagher to the limit but Gulak fell victim to Gallagher’s deadly running dropkick into the corner. Gallagher continues his momentum on 205 as he climbs the ladder towards an eventually WWE Cruiserweight Championship.

Mustafa Ali against Lince Dorado
Mustafa Ali and Lince Dorado made their 205 Live debuts. Both these Cruiserweights have bright futures in the WWE. After Ali connected with a rolling Neckbreak, the action moved to the outside as Dorado would hit a moon sault. This, unfortunately, resulted in a double count which was a shame because the match would have been great.

TJ Perkins against Rich Swann
TJ Perkins took on Rich Swann in a non-title match. This Sunday Swann will have to defend his championship against the two previous Champions Perkins and The Brian Kendrick. The former Cruiserweight Champion Kendrick came out on commentary to scout his opponents before the massive match.
Perkins and Swann rely heavily on their high flying offense. However, Perkins stopped the charismatic Swann by targeting his knee. Swann is a tough competitor but the plan was a success as Swann tapped out via a Kneebar submission. Perkins picked a massive win and momentum heading into this Sunday. Following the match, Kendrick made his way to the ring to congratulate Perkins on his win. However, Perkins connected with a Superkick, followed by a warning shot from Swann.
