Panthers Players and Staff Working Remotely After Unconfirmed Positive Covid-19 Result

The Panthers announced on Monday that players and personnel are working remotely Monday and Tuesday out of an abundance of caution after an unconfirmed positive Covid-19 test.

Head Coach Matt Rhule was informed of the test result around 4:48 am and does not have any further information at this time.  The team is scheduled to practice on Wednesday and there are currently no plans to postpone Sunday’s game in New Orleans against the divisional rival Saints.

The move will not affect early voting that is taking place at Bank of America Stadium
